The rolls themselves are wrapped in rice paper, which clings to the cling wrap, Un wrapping them really hard! They just kind of fall apart. I am sure that served in the restaurant they are fine. The pad Thai was presented as a bunch of ingredients all packed together in a box. To enjoy them properly they needed to be mixed, impossible to do in the box because the noodles are all along the bottom, just stuck there.
