The MEXICAN CEVICHE did not taste like any Mexican ceviche I've ever had, what with the tomato sauce, but the seafood was fresh and tender and definitely cooked by the lime juice. Very chunky ā good thing it came with the big pile of shovel-sized tortilla chips.
