My wife, whom in addition to being a bedbound 100% disabled combat veteran with 35+ years in Military Intelligence, is also a Certified Master Pastry Chef from Le' Cordon Bleu (Paris, FR and Tucker, GA). Myself and my visually disabled son of 36 years took a LYFT there and back this afternoon. We were treated extremely well and our fairly large order was awaiting us upon our entrance to the restaurant.
The staff even included a bag of scraps/bones for our service dogs at home. There was VERY little steak, mostly egg, didn’t put one of my cheeses that I paid for, which was 2 dollars and some change alone, not a SPRINKLE of seasoning, and the majority of the steak and egg was towards the middle of the sandwich, which is awful, and to absolutely beat a dead horse here, for almost 30 dollars, I’d absolutely expect to get my money’s worth, and have my sandwich full from end to end, and to have enough of what’s advertised and what I paid for on it! I try to defend Melba’s, people laugh at me for even supporting Melba’s as a local and as a chef, but things like this is why locals hardly support! Melba’s gets over and cuts corners, and they overcharge and majority of the time, they send out lackluster food and it’s not right!"

It doesn't come that way, I put it that way for review and eating purposes lol. Now, that eggroll.... WOW!!! It was crisp to perfection! The rice, simplistic but solid in flavor and portion. I was worried about freshness because I ordered with 15 minutes left on DoorDash, DID NOT MATTER! All the food was fresh. Because of how I grew up, I would have preferred to have the BBQ wings crispier before sauced but I think that is a preference, not a lacking on them. The sauce on the BBQ got a little heat and some kick, LOVE IT! Now those regular wings, lay me down and rub my belly cause those were good. Fresh. Crisp. Slight kick in the seasoning.
