"The Italian sub sort of fell apart and was sloppy to eat. Toothpicks might have held them together during delivery. I requested extra tomatoes and no pickled peppers and they ignored both. They provided quite a large amount of onion rings, which was nice, but they too fell apart, so I had to cut them apart with scissors to get them under control for eating. I have not ordered from this place often because of the focus on fried food. I end up not ordering more than once a year from them."

If this is a delivery purchase, and you happen to have an egg at home, just cook an egg over easy or to your liking instead. The gochujang is overly sweet and grainy in consistency. I think it was because it was at the end of dinner rush, huge crowd that night. Even though it was packed and busy the manager was kind enough to actually talk with me-looked at the ribs and agreed not to its normal standards. And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.

"Eggplant Cake was delicious, got it with the rigatoni and meat sauce. Fresh, tasty, and got a fair proportion for the price. HOWEVER: the lobster bisque was inedible. Not sure if it was too much sherry or what, but it was extremely bitter. I wouldn't order that again, but I'll definitely be back to try other things.

The large black coffee wasn't completely full and cold but easily fixed with a zap in the microwave if need be for anyone wanting a hottt beverage.

Double Stack™ was okay, but really should only be like $2... $5 is a rip off. I do not like McDonald's, but a double cheeseburger from McDonald's is way better than this. The French Fries were pretty standard, but definitely weren't fresh. Overall I don't really eat burgers very often, but I would recommend Burger King over this place any day. At least their pricy items come packed with flavor. Wendy's isn't what it used to be unfortunately. At least I got what I ordered this time lol.
