Pull apart slices that feel and taste like real, well prepared and seasoned meat. The bread is as close to perfect as I've seen in Colorado. Subtle exterior crunch and super soft on the inside, making it a perfectly sturdy vessel without feeling like a soggy roll or a mouth injuring rock to chew. Well balanced flavors made it fun to slow down and savor the meal. Definitely not a sandwich to just scarf down. Tomato soup was a fun side compliment... and great to dip the last bits of sandwich in.
