There was no cheese in the enchilada no cheese on top no cheese in taco just powder cheese the type that you shake and powdery like the kind you put on spaghetti. The Green Pozole was good and spicy but I absolutely hate cilantro and they put everything else separate but topped the pozole with the cilantro. Gag. The toppings were plentiful if not too much honestly. The broth was a bit too thick for my liking. I should have added more water and reheated it in retrospect.
