"I order Jamba juice quite often. And today I received my order and my Acai bowl was frozen solid. I had to let it defrost before it was edible. And when I took a bite the bananas were slimy and the granola was stale and everything else tasted old and stale. And the Acai bowl isn't cheap over $13.00 I have never ever experienced this poor quality coming from Jamba Juice! I have to say that I am extremely saddened by the quality of my Acai bowl that I received today! I hope that this won't be the future of Jamba Juice because I can guarantee you that you will lose many regular customers along with any new customers. Because if I had received this quality on my first order I would not be ordering anything from them again. There is no reason why something like this happens! Shame on whomever put this in a bag for delivery! Management needs to pay attention to this sort of thing! If I were able to give zero stars that is what I would have given."

The Regular Dozen Mixed donuts are just amazing and they always go above and beyond by adding extra donuts and donuts holes! But the 11. Omelette Combo was seriously so freaking good. The omelet itself is just huge and filled with and topped with a ton of meats veggies and melty cheese. The meal came with a perfectly crispy hash brown and toast with butter and jelly and a small coffee. They included a ton of condiments plus fork and knife and napkins.
