"Horrible these guys don't have the same recipe or taste as the locations in NY. When a restaurant is a chain you expect for all locations to have the same seasoning and taste. Not only is the chicken bland a flavorless but I purchase a WHOLE CHICKEN and an avocado salad and the didn't include not one sauce or dressing for the chicken or salad. I've never experienced this before, at the Pío Pío's in NYC when you buy a whole chicken and salad the included 2 green sauces and a dressing for the salad. These people are cheap and it shows I paid $40 for tasteless food. This location give Pio Pio a bad name, never again!"

"I ordered the Grattin Mix Grattin Mix Burger (7 Oz) . That was the whole point of ordering such an expensive meal. I'd never seen anything like it. Instead, I got the regular Grattin burger. I also ordered the BURGER ON FIRE. Casi no tiene sabor picante.
Otherwise, the burgers were awesome. Beats every other place in the area, and that includes the 19+ bigger, trendy places. My favorite thing is the ability to choose how rare or done you want it..... and they actually cooked it that way. I ordered one medium rare and one rare. Both were different and done perfectly. So many places say they cook to order, but it's awesome medium.
I would recommend having the fixings put separately, if it's an online order. They always get soggy by the time they get delivered. Not their fault. Just basic physics.
If the order would have been done correctly, I would give them five stars.
BTW, the physical location is a little place with really no where to eat."
