"We decided to switch it up today and try Wingstop’s $12 Tender Box. We usually catch one of their wing specials, but the tender deal looked too good to pass up, so we went for it.
We got two tenders with the Hot Honey Rub and tried the new Chamoy flavor on the other two. The Hot Honey Rub was definitely our favorite, it had the perfect balance of sweet with just enough heat. The Chamoy flavor was different and fun to try, but the Hot Honey Rub was the winner for us.
The only thing I wish they included was a drink with the meal. A soda would’ve made the combo perfect.

Please be aware before ordering from Catfish Kitchen. I ordered from them thinking I was ordering from a real catfish restaurant, but my food arrived in Captain D’s bags and small plain white boxes that looked like KFC/chicken boxes. There was nothing on the packaging that said Catfish Kitchen.
In my opinion, this is extremely misleading and feels like false advertising to get sales. If the food is coming from Captain D’s, customers should be told that upfront instead of being led to believe they are ordering from a separate catfish place.
I spent almost $40 and received two tiny white boxes with very small portion sizes. The portion was even smaller than what you would normally get if you went directly to Captain D’s. When you order fish from Captain D’s, the fish is usually bigger and you get more fries than what I received.
The fries were barely there. I could literally count them on my fingers — there were only about eight fries in the box, covered in a bunch of seasoning. The fish portion was small, the food was extremely salty, and the hush puppies were not hush puppies at all. They were talk puppies.
After spending almost $40, I am still hungry and I still have not eaten because I am waiting on a refund. Now I have to go back out and buy more food because the order I received was unappealing, too small, and not worth the money.
I’m posting this to warn other customers before they order. My food came from Captain D’s, not what I expected from something advertised as Catfish Kitchen. The packaging was misleading, the portions were extremely small, the fries were almost nonexistent, the food was too salty, the hush puppies were talk puppies, and overall this was not worth what I paid."
