"The crust is honestly the only thing that worked. Nice char, good bite, properly baked. But the second you pick up a slice, the entire topping layer just slides off. Paneer, peppers, cheese, sauce — everything. In some spots the base completely disappears and you’re left with a hole. The middle was straight-up soggy. Too much moisture under the cheese, with zero binding to hold it together.
It looked promising in the box, generous paneer, colorful peppers, melted cheese. But the eating experience was a mess. You end up with a pile of toppings on the plate and a sad, empty crust in your hand."
