"The cheesy bread sticks were good and similar to the ones from papa John's but honestly felt a bit more natural and fresh? And square instead of circular is better, more food ! (Surface or square larger than surface or circle so larger portion!)
However the mozzarella sticks were a serious disappointment, it's the same ones i get from Costco but at a dollar a piece and even thiugh jr literally says it comes with ranch on the title!! They didn't even give me any so had to eat dry aess mozzarella sticks. Did not come with ranch or any sort of sauce/condiment whatsoever. Therefore it was severely lacking and honestly a waste of money as I wasn’t somewhere that had ranch on tap like that but could have used an over (probably).

The ribs were over cooked (meat was slightly tender but was at the point of tasting dried out) and the bbq sauce was horrible (tasted like it was 95% ketchup and it was extra thick). The loaded mashed potatoes were the worst tasting mashed potatoes I ever had. They tasted like they used instant potatoes.
The corn on the cob and salad were the only items that tasted fine. I don't usually order from Chili's, but if I do, never again will I order the ribs or mashed potatoes.
Outback Steakhouse has a much better tasting bbq rib selection, in addition to the loaded mashed potatoes. And you actually get a full salad when requested."
