I ordered the CHICKEN KORMA and it had chunks of another meat mixed in, either lamb or goat judging from the smell, color, texture, and much to my dismay, taste. I could also tell the sauce had the same meaty essence that doesn't happen from chicken. I am extremely upset and worried about getting sick from this. This is simply food CONTAMINATION. God knows what else they mix in to their food. Next, the TANDOORI CHICKEN HALF is a SCAM. It implies that its half a chicken but it was only two measly little pieces, sitting on top of a puddle of oil and rice. Idk what rice and oil is doing with tandoori chicken. It also didnt even have any taste; so much for being "tandoori." It was completely bland. Lastly, the TANDOORI ROTI (VEGAN) was more like a cracker because it was so hard and crunchy. Did not resemble roti. All in all, this place sucks and a waste of $50. The quality questions their authenticity in cuisine. The mishandling, betrayal, distrust, and poor service questions their legitimacy as a restaurant. "

Having frequented the Cap Hill Ba Bar location for over a decade and often ordering takeout, I have consistently encountered variations in the dishes. The broth, for instance, can range from richly flavorful to disappointingly bland. As someone with a background in the culinary industry, I strive to be understanding, yet I have found that whether ordering through DoorDash or directly from the restaurant, the portion sizes vary significantly. I even reached out to the manager to express my concerns about these inconsistencies, but the response I received was dismissive and lacked accountability. The manager's defensiveness did not address the issues I raised, which only reinforces my perception of the dining experience being inconsistent both in-house and through takeout. The Crispy Imperial Rolls were everything short of crispy. They tasted microwaved and they were cold when I received my order. The Pho Ga was bland, had brown greens and unflavored broth.
