You are given a large selection to choose from with the side garnish. I chose a mixture of tomato salsa, with black olives, cucumber and corn. It was delicious, but I wish they had put it in a separate container as it arrived rather artlessly plopped on top of the chicken dish. Perhaps this was how the two dishes were supposed to be served? At any rate, I prefer them separate.
