I am very picky, and when I find something that I like I want to share it with everyone (that eats beef). You don't like enchiladas my other family members like their beef tacos as well Picture doesn't do it justice, so just order it. The meat is moist and juicy. And you can truly taste the perfection of their cooking process and simplistic yet flavorful seasoning. If you want more heat/spice add it to the top, but they don't try to hide the beautiful flavor of the actual highlight of this enchilada...the beef. because it is not overly seasoned too much.
