Don't know what it is but it's delicious. And some stuff I did not order but I guess was just included. I call it the Green Death. It's apparently a sort of pesto made from depleted uranium. And everything was just thrown randomly into a clamshell. So I had falafel in the hummus and the pitas were all wet from condensation. It wasn't appetizing, and considering that this order cost over 40 bucks they should have done better. I spent a lot of years in the business and I know how important consistency is and this is going to be a problem here. BTW the grilled chicken was not very good. Tough little nugs of fairly flavorless chicken. The gyro meat was a much better choice when I ordered last time. This place has real potential but they need to work on some things.
