As someone who considers himself a true foodie and has enjoyed Italian cuisine at countless restaurants over the years, I can honestly say that my recent meal at Domani Restaurant was one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had in a very long time.
The lobster ravioli was simply exceptional. Every bite tasted incredibly fresh, authentic, and beautifully handcrafted. It had that rare quality that instantly makes you feel as though you're enjoying a homemade family recipe passed down through generations. The pasta was perfectly prepared, the filling was generous and flavorful, and the balance of flavors was absolutely outstanding.
The true star of the evening, however, was the Rigatoni Bolognese. I do not say this lightly: it was probably the best Bolognese I have had in many years. The rigatoni was cooked perfectly al dente, with just the right texture and bite. The sauce was rich, hearty, deeply flavorful, and clearly prepared with care, patience, and high-quality ingredients. Every forkful delivered the kind of comforting, authentic Italian flavor that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail throughout the meal. Nothing felt rushed or ordinary. Every dish reflected pride, passion, and craftsmanship.
A heartfelt thank you to the chef and the entire team at Domni Restaurant. Your dedication to quality, hospitality, and authentic cuisine shines through in every aspect of the dining experience. "This might be some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve ever had. I got the Chicken Shawarma Pita and it was amazing. The chicken was juicy, the pickled veggies were fresh and crunchy, the tahini was so smooth and creamy and the pita was nice and toasty with a slight bitterness from the char while still being pillowy and soft inside. I highly recommend pairing it with their homemade schog hot sauce. It is the perfect blend of herbaceous and heat that elevates the Chicken Pita to another level. I also got a side of the garlic yogurt which was creamy and delicious. The Honey Glazed Halloumi was fantastic as well the Halloumi cheese was salty and squeaky, sitting in this beautiful honey garlic confit. Not to mention I got all of this food delivered.
