Now for the negative, the fries were a little less tasty and the promised coleslaw was missing. Also, I had to wait 20 minutes past the pickup time (for a total of 50 min.) and the hostess wasn't very friendly or professional. The second time I asked her to please check on my order, she came back and said they were very busy and the manager was "dealing with the kitchen." When I asked when to expect my order she responded that, "well, THEY ordered a bunch of different sauces and extras" and pretty much rolled her eyes until I told her that I wasn't a Dasher, I was the customer! The manager finally came out with the box with the chicken fingers, fries, the two sauces, and the side of pimento cheese spread that was all offered for ordering online, which is why I innocently ordered it! I haven't seen a restaurant in a long time that was thrown by such a simple order. The manager handed me the little pimento cheese cup and asked if that was what I wanted. I confirmed that yep, that was it, just the little $.50 scoop on the side for my chicken. Then he insisted I wait for him to go get a pimento cheese dip that was much better, and perfect for dipping fries. He promised, "30 seconds," so I waited. Then I drove the 20 minutes home, and was surprised when I opened the larger "pimento cheese dip" cup, and it was half full of some sort of semi-curdled liquid, which I know, because I took a small taste. Not good. The Feed Sack is supposedly popular. Not sure if I'll try it again. "

"I will never eat at any burger king restaurant ever again.reason being is because I ordered a Dragon Flame-Grilled Whopper® I paid for Swiss cheese that was not on my burger. it is supposed to come with onions that were not on my burger.the lack of lettuce was pitiful literally. I emailed burger king and was told they couldn't help me because it was a third party oder! I simply wanted what I paid for. instead Burger King places the blame on DoorDash who received a sealed bag with my food that Burger King employees made the food put in the bag and sealed it before they handed it to my delivery driver. this is not a DoorDash issue this is a Burger King issue and when you pay $10 for one hamburger can you get a piece of cheese some lettuce and onions that you paid for. not at Burger King! it's really sad that stealing money is ok with Burger King! and it's really upsetting to me that I have cracked ribs and craved a Whopper ordered one and couldn't get what I paid for."
