"I am Sri Lankan - galle forte specifically. The food here is world class. Extremely authentic and high quality. Sri Lankan food is a little bit complicated to figure out what goes with what. You can easily end up with a combination that is pancakes and lasagna...both independently great but don't go together. If this is your intro to Sri Lankan food I would start with chicken Kothu and beef Gotha. Lamprais is also great in isolation.
All the starches are great - hoppers, pol roti, pittu, strings. But make sure you get gravy to go with. Fish curry and black chicken are my favorites. "

"Best indochinese noodles in whole of New York. Im very particular about indo-Chinese noodles and have tasted every Resto in New York/NJ. Schez when Resto in NJ is the best and this one in New York is best too.
Slight suggestion is to cut bell peppers more thinner than the thickness it has now. Taste is good.
