I wasn't sure if you could do that kind of hard to tell with people in their pictures so then I figured if that wasn't gonna work it would just default to the rainbow sprinkled donuts and I didn't get one sprinkled donut kind of bummed about that and not getting any of the ones I asked for either was a bit of a bummer. The Frappuccino by the way is very sweet without needing extra. I made that mistake I had asked for extra cream and sugar and that was way over the top, for me anyways . but that's my bad next time. The Bagel with Cream Cheese (New Yorker Bagels) are quite large and high quality. It just seems that despite choosing the type of bagel it's somewhat random what you get. i.e. got a jalapeno when I'd ordered kalamata olive, everything when poppy seed was ordered but did receive blueberry when that was ordered so it appears they substitute with something similar if what is selected isn't available. That being said, I've enjoyed all of them."

"I pre-ordered this for delivery two hours later. The dasher delivered everything on time and I immediately started eating. So excuses of delivery delays of me not eating it right away do not factor into this. My turkey pesto sandwich was so soggy, it was like a sponge. One side was also very burnt, but the sogginess made scraping the burnt section off easier, so there's that. It was also room temperature cold - and since they grill it like a panini, my guess is that they made it very early, then left it to sit and the condensation made it soggy. (The inside of the container was full of water droplets.) The amount of turkey was also very light - the sandwich was practically flat. The chai tea was good (very spicy), the pesto flavoring on the sandwich was good, and the side salad was good. But for over $20 total for a turkey sandwich and the tiniest chai tea I've ever seen, I expected much more than spongy, burnt and cold bread."

Ever since Gaylord's closed there's a gap that needs filled for a place to study and have breakfast late that isn't Denny's. Anyway, if it ain't broke don't fix it, but just some ideas for them to consider, to keep them thriving so they stay viable and with us forever! "
