"My first time ordering from here: I'm giving 4 Stars bc there's no halves or it would be 3.5, and for one reason only. The serving size of fries was very generous and they were very good. The meatballs were good, with soft texture which I like. IMHO, they could've been more flavorful and were a little bland but good. The reason why I held back on five stars is because of the lack of gravy that they say they add in. If there was more than a tablespoon of gravy I'd be shocked, it was unfortunately missing from the plate. The little taste I did get of it was good and if there was more poured over the meatballs and the fries it would've gotten a five star rating. I will order again but will probably have to call the restaurant and ask for a side of gravy just in case. And the packaging was a little flimsy for the amount of food and when lifting the bowl, it started to fold in on itself. "

"The PHILADELPHIA ROLL* was half decent but the cream cheese was just... off... weird texture. They couldn't be bothered to put soy sauce in with a sushi order... the KIDS HIBACHI CHICKEN RICE was ok at best, I guess it was worth it as a 2for1 special, but barely. The GINGER DRESSING 1 pint just didn't have its normal flavor. Maybe we just got a weird batch. This order was definitely a miss."

"The Catfish portions were smaller than typical and a bit overcooked. They were still warm upon arrival but they were touching the styrofoam during transit so there was melted styrofoam on two of the planks. The Okra was as it always is.
The biggest disappointment was the Clam Strips which were either over/undercooked, greasy, or a combination. Not a good flavor.
They also forgot the lemon zest powder this time and that took away from the overall flavor.
Hoping this was just a bad day for them and I will order at least once more."
