The Antipasto Italiano was really skimpy with the meat and cheese compared to the past, and everything had olive oil on top so it was greasier than necessary. I have been going to Big Johns on and off for the last 10yrs. They dropped the ball a few years ago but I have to say they've really redeemed themselves tonight.
There was A TON of fresh garlic in the lasagna and Greek pizza. The feta was a decent grade on the pizza as well! Food is phenomenal! No complaints. They're really trying to be better and I say give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
We called to order pickup as we were so close. And to support a local business. The guy who picked up the phone, offered to deliver it to us and was happy to bypass the food delivery service. He even offered us a free garlic pizza, what a legend!"

Have been a customer for many years (pre 2000) and have always ordered and enjoyed the Supreme. Tonight it was shocking, inedible and looked like half the ingredients were missing and were substituted for pepper and burnt cheese
I will order again hoping this was a once off situation although not happy now"

"The pizza is nice, great crust, could add more cheese, toppings and sauce but generally speaking if you add extra toppings it should be fine. The chips are not like the picture, not even the same shape and was soggy.
The calzone was delicious, lots of Nutella! I asked the ice cream in separate container because as expected it arrives melted, so I left in the freezer while eating the pizza, and the amount of ice cream was basically a spoon not even a scoop."

"Excellent food, but service is a problem. You can't leave special requests for any item; instead you're directed to call their number, which directs to their (understandably perplexed) affiliated butcher store several suburbs away. Even the correct number isn't answered. We tried twice without success.
That said, food is great so if you have no special instructions, it's well worth ordering. The Aussie Aussie and The F2F Steak Sandwhich were enormous, and good quality. Tender, juicy steak survived the delivery nicely. The chargrilled bread isn't my favourite (would have been nice to ask for such non-burnt bread). The Shoestring Fries were not over salted, so easy to eat."
