"Doro Wot Key /Chicken Spicy was delicious with just enough heat that I was happy to have the cottage cheese included as a side. Their Tikel Gommen (Vegetarian - cabbage and carrots) was really tasty and the portion large enough to be a side for two or having leftovers."
"We loved it all. The spice level was perfect for my Brother in-law and was tolerable when mixed with the cottage cheese for me. Only complaint is that there wasn't enough chicken in the delicious Doro Wat. The egg was perfect!"

"Wow! So much flavor in everything. The Beef Patties was savory and flaky and delicious. When I went in to pick it up one of the staff gave me some Goat Pepper Soup to sample and it was spicy and so flavorful. The I Love Spinach was excellent, I particularly enjoyed the Jolloff rice that came with it and all of the plantain stuff is great.
Can't wait to try more next time!"

"Tastes as bad as it looks. Drinks came lukewarm with no ice in a half empty container. The drink listing said the Kava High Tide (8 Oz / 8 G) came with a bunch of different flavors, but it tasted like just kava and water. With no ice/lukewarm warm/poor taste it was almost unbearable to drink. It was way overpriced for what I received. This is an ongoing issue, I've ordered a few times from here and same issue. I think that was my last order."

Excellent place to eat if you want great food In a nice atmosphere. We will be back soon for sure!"
"The portion sizes were really small, especially for the price. You had to pay for a small size of rice to go with the meal. The sauce on the butter chicken was great, but just way overpriced for the amount. The chicken tikka was not that good. I know we have ordered from here before, and it was great. "A+ and 5 stars for the Water Boiled Beef Slices / 水煮牛肉 ! This dish is packed with fiery flavor, and the beef slices are incredibly tender. It was my first time ordering here, so I asked for no cabbage (just a personal preference), so I'm not sure if it's normally included. Instead, the dish was loaded with garlic, scallions, and dried chilies. The beef portion was very generous. The broth is absolutely addictive. You've been warned. I'll definitely be dreaming about this dish!
My only complaint is the packaging. It was packed in a standard entrée container instead of a larger soup container. They made an effort to wrap it in plastic before sealing it with the lid, but a noticeable amount of broth still leaked into the bag. It wasn't enough to keep me from ordering it again though. I'll definitely be back!"
"The boiled dumplings were small and plain, tasted prepackaged and also did not come with any sauce. These kind of dumplings are better suited as fried potstickers so I regret getting the boiled ones.
The hot and sour soup had a strange aftertaste to it, like slightly iron-y. I probably just ordered the wrong things but was left unsatisfied with the dishes.
The delivery was packaged well though."

"I am very particular about my cachapas and these are the best ones I have had that wasn't just corn kernels thrown into pancake mix. You can tell these are authentic. The tequeños are delicious. The carne en vara is not dried out and the cochino frito still retains a lot of its texture with the right amount of crunch. The plates they serve are big and they don't skimp on portions. The only time I get sad is when there is no more Frescolita and I get a orange soda instead but overall, this restaurant never disappoints if you're looking for authentic Venezuelan food. Highly recommend to get jugo de parchita or mora while you're in the restaurant so it doesn't get watered down during delivery."

"Great flavor. Red curry, mild choice, was only slightly spicy because of the bell peppers in the dish, so it was just right. Dish customization options were very appreciated. Standard amount of filling for my red curry was good. I added rice noodles, so consistency was less like a soup than a pasta dish, but still excellent. Dumpling also great. "Vegan!! Sambusa with Lentils my favorite, Half & Half (Vegan Dishes) generous portions of Misir wot and shiro, both perfectly spiced with delicious injera. Top Ethiopian cuisine in Phoenix"
"The Sambusa with Meat was good. But the Doro Wot was nearly inedible, I addition for almost $18 a plate it did not come with tge salad and cheese that was listed in the description. I do not recommend this restaurant. Cafe Lalibella is 1000% better tasting and you actually get what is described on the menu description."

"I ordered the beef gyro sandwich, the bbbq chicken sandwich and fries.
will not eat the fries. they are overcooked and taste like grease. o thank you.

"No complaints about flavor, it was good but $10 for a tiny cup of soup?! That's wild...it's just rice and chicken. The picture made it look way bigger, but it did taste good. But I wouldn't pay $10 for soup"

"Glad I tried this place but felt item price was not a good value for my dinner buck. The Mini Chimi's , while adorable, were not worth the price. I was expecting something similar to the size of a regular egg roll. It was closer to half the size of an egg roll. Also, they arrived in an oversized fry bag without any garnish, typical of a Chimichonga. Thanks for making my dinner today."

"The Half Grilled Chicken platter was definitely a lot of food. I thought the plate would be much smaller. This platter could feedat minimum 2. It is packed and full of flavor. It lacks absolutely nothing. The rice is flavorful and fresh, the chicken is cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The Fresh Lemon Mint Juice may not look like the usual juice drink but well worth a try. The freshness, sweetness, and flavor are all perfectly mixed and not overwhelming at all."

"Amazing pizza!! We are visiting from the east coast (home of the best pizza in the USA), and we've ordered from Barro's twice in one week!! Excellent ratios of sauce/cheese/toppings, a lot of fresh ingredients, and packed with flavor. So good!! Highly recommend this spot. "Love this place. Authentic Mexican dishes. The Mexican flavors and seasonings are so mouth watering. I'm reminded of my abuelita and the wonderful smells in her kitchen. 6.
