I guess I can see how some folks would perceive the food as "lacking flavor," but I could also argue they have an immature palate (hehe). The ingredients are able to speak for themselves and are not overwhelmed by an aggressive amount of salt. Very fresh, components meant to be warm were still cozy hot in temp when arrived as well! It smelled so incredible, I immediately took a piece of falafel by hand to mouth. Delightfully oily in a way that it didn't make me feel like I was making out with the fryer and so texturally satisfying. Speaking of texturally satisfying ... that saj bread!
