"Ordered a lot to try: the Peshawari Naan is like a warm yummy tummy hug that would be great with hot tea and the Lemon Rice is a tasty refreshing high note to all the heat of the other spicy dishes (which were also delicious). Aloo Gobi, Aloo Tikka, Saag and Channa Masala excellent. The Garlic Naan was too strong garlic for me but my roommate thought it was perfect, Vegetable Biryani same, delicious but too spicy for me but fine for him.

The staff of Paratha are all fabulous. Food: Curry Coconut Shrimp is amazing- been a FAV since they first opened. Roti & garlic paratha to die for as is the Chana. Daal tadka is smokey and incredible, kale fritters are great- he likes the amritsari fish & saag paneer. And of course..the samosas & tamarind are a must have. Everything we've had has been a step above. *ALSO they were BYOB originally but now have drinks & a cocktail menu! Mango margarita and we had something else kickass I forgot and don't see the new drink menu up anywhere so will have to return to remember :)

I often order the Chicken Saag, and it's usually very good, although it can sometimes be over salted and overall I would prefer a little more fresh ginger be added. But generally it's very well balanced.
The Malai Kofta, a dish that's normally a favorite of mine when done well, has unfortunately been a disappointment at this place. My last order of it was shockingly bland, both in the sauce and in the kofta, which were also dry. I was very sad about this :'(
On a more positive note, some standout dishes I've ordered in the past from them have been the chettinad chicken and the bhindi aamchur - those were excellent.
My overall impression is that while this place excels at certain dishes, I would stay away from the creamy/ nutty more Mughal style dishes here- those are not their strength."
