Both the Large Baba Ghannouj and Large Hummus are so smooth, creamy and flavorful I assume they have some secret ingredients. The 6 Pcs Falafel is just right and they stayed crunchy for 2 hours after a 30 minute car ride absorbing their own steam. Very crunchy when eaten at the restaurant. They run out of the Lentil Soup all the time, and you can see why when you try it. "
