"I was under the weather, and figured Sopa de Pollo / Chicken Soup was the right move. I looked around and figured I'd try Costambar since it was close and relatively quick. I have genuinely never had a better chicken soup in my life. I don't even like yucca, and this worked incredibly well with it. Honestly, better than most sancocho I've had. it was flavorful and the consistency of sancocho, but with its own direction and a few noodles."
