"We had high hopes for this new spot. First time ordering with them and ordered chicken. Received a more expensive beef dish instead because the chicken was "out of stock." I called and explained that my husband had gotten the wrong item and was told it would be refunded or exchanged. I asked if my husband could stop down immediately to get what he ordered and was told yes. When he got there, he was shown the receipt for the substitution. Beef is not a "substitute" for chicken and should not be "substituted" with chicken. Further, it was a much higher price point. I've never had a similar experience; any other restaurant has reached out regarding such an issue.
Additionally, while the menu said I would receive hummus with my 37. Falafel Plate I only received two heaping pools of tzatziki sauce.
I can't recall leaving a bad review in the past, but we've never experienced this complete lack of customer service before. We won't be ordering from them again."

"Both the Hazelnut Bread Pudding and Warm and Warm & Toasty were delicious, but very small portions for the price. The bread pudding is similar to French toast, but with a more gooey texture, and a very sweet, caramel taste. Roasted hazelnuts add a bit of crunch.
The Warm & Toasty only came in one size, which is equivalent to a small at Starbucks. It's also extra sweet, with brown sugar being the dominant flavor, so it went well with the Hazelnut Bread Pudding.

Filled with flavor and almost melt in your mouth. I love their take on the crunchwrap. The difference? Dalia's is filled to the BRIM with meat, cheese, rice and beans. They also must do something special with their fries. We enjoy the Loaded Fries, and they never get soggy! So crispy. And for the price, they give you enough to share. "I wouldn't order from here again. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza ($33), a large Special ( Rotating ) ($37), and a garlic cheese bread ($19). The Gawlic Chez Bread is the only item I would consider fairly priced, or worth the money, it tasted great. The pepperoni pizza was extremely average, and prices are just not competitive enough. $33 for 8 squares of basic Pepperoni is ridiculous. I had higher expectations considering the price. The rotating special seemed to be based on Elote, there was corn and jalapeños and crema sauce, and cojita cheese. It was good as well, but again pretty average. If you're going to charge $30 to $40 for 8 slices of pizza they really should be something special."
