It had one pice of yellow cake mix in, so many Kit Kat pieces that it just tasted like a a Kit Kat, th see chocolate shaving add ins weren't there, and the chocolate dipped waffle cone bowl I ordered came as a plain waffle cone bowl. It's as if they realized that they dumped a tub of Kit Kat pieces into a pint but instead of fixing it they decided the other chocolate items I ordered were unnecessary. It was almost $20 dollars for a pint of ice cream ($22 and change after tip) and it was a complete disaster. I'm all for giving people grace, but at that price to goods ratio, I expect my order to be correct at bare minimum. Terrible experience that left my daughter and I feeling hustled."
