But, tonight I was leaving the Wash House that was close to this Doordash Mexican food truck. So, the package, flavor & the portion was good. BUT, there were so many inconsistencies throughout eating my super burrito. Some parts of the tortilla shell were hard & rubbery hard to chew!could tell that this was was not steamed in the traditional tortilla steamer when you go to burrito restaurants on Mission St. or Valencia. It appears & taste like they Grill it on the grill! So, there are certain parts of it that's going to be tough & not soft. I believe what makes a burrito really good is having a very soft wrap. Next, my first bite was a very big piece of steak I chewed it to the point where I couldn't chew anymore & had to spit it out! Because it was so tough I could not break it down. "I'm not even hispanic and even I know this food isn't authentic; I've tried many other similar restaurants. Not being authentic isn't the problem; the problem is not being good. I tried the Quesabirria-Taco Combo and I've never had a quesabirria fall apart on me until today. The flavor of the birria wasn't there at all; not at all close to the authentic places. They don't use enough cheese to keep the quesabirria from falling apart. Tres Leches Cake was alright but still not like the authentic places.
