I tried the Spaghetti Squa Casserole, VEG GFsh and it was not a casserole, rather a portion of spaghetti squash noodles with an odd texture. I didn't eat the edamame or squash noodles. I ended up grabbing frozen Mac & Cheese from my hotel's food bar. Oh, my True Food order didn't even come with a napkin or utinsels. For $40 you would think they could throw in a napkin. The chicken in the Beriani Dajaj was overcooked and dry while the potatoes were undercooked. The Kibbeh was packed with wet salad such that it was completely soggy on the bottom when we got to it.
