"Hi! Ordered 2 of the #1-Cheeseburger Combos- I had somehow on my error checked add mushrooms and the second I hit submit realized it. Unable to go and fix it immediately, I called them and they were GREAT! In the 3mins since my order was submitted online, they were already cooking mushrooms on them and said they would make NEW burgers !
The food was delivered quickly and my order delicious!The only thing I would ask to change would be to place tots on a napkin to drain the grease vs straight from the hot grease into the cardboard tot box as there was grease dripping out of the tot holder. Was prob done not thinking about the residual and I napkined off the grease and still ate them . Flavor was great and tots soft cooked as ordered. Patrick my Dasher arrived promptly and I appreciate the convenience of delivery so much as I have a rural address and not even pizza parlors don't deliver out here without Door Dash membership. "We have had delivery from here that was amazing. The items picked up for this order were not of the same caliber. The shrimp Veracruz was mostly a pool of sauce, a lot of tomato and few shrimp. The shrimp were also extrnely overcooked and the dish overall had no flavor. The beans were a soupy mess. Kids quesadilla was a hit. Pickup was very slow.
