They are definitely hand made as sizes can vary. Santa Cruz was very large while Golden Gate was almost half the size. If every Calzone is the same price but one is worth $15 while the other is worth $9 tops...Price adjustment is needed to equate to the actual size you get in that instance is all that I'm saying.
