"Their brownies have gone downhill since the last four orders. They used to be so good, and now they are consistently hard as a rock and it's not because it's on cold ice cream. I've actually tried to take them off and reheat them to be able to bite into them and they end up needing to go in the trash. Also, when you order a large size ice cream, they only give you two small bite-size bits of brownie, which makes no sense. Andy's custard is right next-door and gives a ton of brownie for any other toppings that you'd like I have no affiliation to Andy's custard FYI."
