"Bell Faves Box for the most part it was alright. The crunch wrap tasted like a normal crunch wrap, but it wasn't tightly packed like it should've been to keep it from falling apart. "I don't usually leave reviews when things weren't good but I'm annoyed about the misrepresentation here of the dish served by a hyped local place. Excited to find vegan nachos. But it was v disappointing. Not like the menu picture. The chips and red sauce are tasty but everything else about this was a let down, seems like a handful of simple cold ingredients thrown over some chips. A simple blended vegan cheesy sauce (v cheap and easy to make) or even just cooking this properly would have made a difference.
Also in addition, I feel that considering this price point, would love to have some beans included so it's a meal - like every other meat nachos dish. Why do vegan dishes always have the protein removed?

The size shown in the listing, the wording used, and the photos all influence a customer’s decision to purchase. In my case, I ordered this product specifically based on the advertised size, and what I received did not match my expectations from the listing.
As I understand it, under Australian Consumer Law, businesses should make sure that product descriptions and advertising are not misleading or likely to give customers the wrong impression. I think this is something the restaurant should review, particularly the way the portion size is described and presented.
