I get GF pasta and it's so good. Just the right texture. The real pièce de résistance though is their bread with seasoned olive oil and Parmesan provided separately to use as dip. "I only ordered the lentil soup at Vivel because I was stuck at work with a broken-down car, absolutely desperate for a mocha, and it felt a little odd to just order a drink. The soup was reasonably priced, so I added it almost as an afterthought — and then it completely stole the show.
From the first spoonful, it was incredibly flavorful, with a depth and warmth that tasted slow-simmered and carefully layered rather than thrown together. Instead of the common gritty texture lentils often have, this was silky, hearty, and beautifully smooth, so each bite felt indulgent rather than “healthy punishment.” I was pleasantly shocked at how satisfying it was; the portion was so generous and filling that I could only finish half of it at lunch and actually looked forward to attacking the rest for dinner.

We also got the large LG Spinach salad huge portion, but so yummy! Only came with one dressing though, definitely needed two for the large salad.
However, our only complaint is the side of Giardinera (spicy) for $3.37 is tiny, not worth it."
