the mac and cheese is so watery, and the noodles are so overcooked it's just mush. it's definitely from a packet, I reckon the dehydrated Mac and cheeses you can buy from woolies for 80c a pack.
and the chips were by far the best part about it, but even then I got about 15 individual fries in my box! I'm not trying to be a greedy guts- all in all there's plenty of food- but when half of it is almost inedible and then you get 1/4 of the amount of chips shown in the ad... pretty disappointing experience and not worth the ~$30 when I could've gotten a tenders box at kfc for half the price n arguably better quality."

"The food here is a bit of an acquired taste I guess. It's not bad, just odd and not really to my liking. Think more American cheap diner style I guess where as I'm probably just used to eating grill'd which is more Australian. The value is good as the portion size was big! Big burgers, big piece of chicken and lots of chips. Just the flavour and texture just seemed off. "Must of been a one off for them as the google reviews are great and didn't want to put a 1 star review on a new small business as obviously they're doing pretty well so far.
The bag the food was in wasn't sealed, stapled or taped so when my food arrived, everything was cold.
Chips were bland, no seasoning.
The burger looked nothing like the video footage they've taken on their socials, the fried chicken was much smaller.
The half serve of fried chicken was tough, stringy and a chore to chew and get through.
And the side of dill mayo I ordered in a small takeaway container was only half full so a very small portion.
Really disappointing.
I rarely ever leave a negative review ever when it comes to hospitality based businesses but this was a let down."
