"I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was impressed. First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. Now the broth was very good it was deep, hearty, and flavorful. I had the level 4 spicy and it was a great balance of heat and flavor. "Well, at this restaurant they are stingy with their portions. I paid over $25 + tip for a large grilled chicken salad and a large 12" tuna sub. The sandwich had very little tuna on it. When I opened the salad it was only half full and the container wasn't very large to begin with. The grilled chicken didn't have a grilled flavor. There were no boiled eggs, and it was just a small portion. The ranch dressing tasted meh.
I used to order from the memorial location and their portions were much larger, and their ranch dressing was so good I would eat it with a spoon!
I will say that the food tasted ok, but I will not be ordering from this restaurant again."

Next was the sushi, I had a Philadelphia Roll (5pcs) and an Alaska Roll. Philidephia rolls were very good, there seemed to be a smokey flavor with these that knocked the flavor out of the park. Fish and avocado are bright in color (love that with the avocado as I get brown mushy avocado from other establishments). Alaska rolls were good but needed something to pull it all together, potentially japanese mayo in the roll or over the top. Tobiko was decent, salmon had good lines and color, fresh avocado, crisp cucumbers. They're definitely doing something right with their vegetables and prep.

"My top three favorites are the Fajita Taco Salad Steak, Funnel Cake Fries and Louigi'a Supreme pizza.
The fajita taco salad has small steak chunks, always tender and flavorful not overly seasoned. Most times it comes with side of sour cream, salsa and dressing of choice-I've had times the dressing or sides missing, which is a bummer but made it work. Definitely recommend the Chipotle Ranch dressing - it has a bit of smoky slow heat kick. If you like the parent company's other restaurant Charleston's, it has same flavor profile of the chipotle gravy on the chicken fried steak. The the Black Bean Salsa on salad has sweet corn in it, wish it had a tad more corn lol. The salad bowl shell comes wrapped in plastic Saran Wrap, if you want to reheat in oven - obviously remove the plastic but make sure you put foil underneath the rack because I learned the hard way how much oil will drip when heated.
Luigi's supreme pizza doesn't taste frozen to me, I think they use fresh toppings and the sauce has a sweet undertone to it, only drawback is there is no option to add extra pizza sauce.
Funnel Cake Fries are my favorite State Fair substitute I've found. Bourbon caramel sauce sometimes comes already drizzled and dusted with powder sugar, other times it's all in side cups. Recommend cracking open the container to vent once you have delivered or pickup to help the moisture escape so they don't get soft."
