"First time. Get your taste-buds ready for something different. This is German food and it is packed full of deep flavors and some zing. It is good and plentiful. Beef Goulash -good beef flavor, served with gravy over the German noodles, Spatzle, They leave the fat on the tiny bites of meat so expect that. Schnitzel Sandwich, with Krautsalad is a large portion, not sure I like their Schnitzel so the jury is still out (I've had better). The Cream of Mushroom Soup is a dark base and has a rich mushroom flavor with a touch of zing. Try something with bread - German bread is hearty thick bread. Rolf's Sauerkraut is real good, worth trying. The Black Forest Cake is okay, nothing special. I will try again - I hope this restaurant succeeds. "

"Absolutely delightful! This is fine finger-food, party food, and it has a lot of good flavor. The Shrimp & Grits were my favorite, (5 jumbo shrimp), loved the light savory veggies with sauce, and wish there were more veggies for this dish - it was yummy. The Stuffed Mushrooms (6) have a real spicy stuffing, they're large tops packed full-the mushrooms taste delicious by themselves. The Chicken Skewers (4) are mild but real tasty when dipped in their soy sauce, they could add more veggies to these skewers also. Bacon Wrapped Dates (6) are sweet-stuffed, good by themselves but there's a dipping sauce that's also sweet, more bacon should be wrapped because bacon-lovers will want to try this. Cheesecake with Raspberry was okay -- sauce dribbled - was absorbed by cardboard box bottom and I could not taste it - a piece of baking paper under the slice would help retain the Raspberry sauce. Can't wait to try the other items on their menu. "
