"The lamb Breezes Lamp Chop in Honey Mustard Sauce had absolutely no honey mustard sauce. I guess they must have forgotten it for the take out order. The mashed potatoes was also lacking in taste and it wasn't very creamy. It was very dissapointing considering the cost of the meal. My boyfriend enjoyed his Breeze's Irie Pasta with chicken added and I enjoyed the Breezes Walnut Shrimp. The Breadfruit was also not very great. Their bammy is always great though. The size of the bammy is now a lot smaller than it was before but🤷🏿♀️."

"I would like to start by saying the packaging was great inside and outside. Great portions and very flavourful. I got the salmon dinner it was fried which was surprising but tasted amazing very tender and crispy on the outside. I also got curry sauce which was good, but I wish I could add sauce to the side because I wanted some more.The festival was so delicious and great price for the portions. The carrot cake was a small good piece. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the plantains. I did not like those everything else was great."

"I order from Ideal Jamaican Flavors regularly, on October 22th 2025 I ordered the Escovitch Whiting Meal for the first time.
Let me start off by saying, the Escovitch Whiting was fried perfectly!
The whiting is seasoned perfectly( not salty), was not overcooked at all, very much flaky and melt in your mouth!! And most importantly- IT IS NOT GREASY.
The Escovitch Whiting Meal comes with about 3 medium-sized strips of whiting, plus steamed vegetables, rice and peas plus a couple of fried plantains.
It is a good portion size for 9$, the fish tastes fantastic, the sides it comes with are always good and its an overall great lunch sized meal.
You will be full after!

"Queens Jamaican food hasn't been hitting, but this food is AUTHENTIC!! They cook with Scotch bonnet and everything. The fried chicken is deliciously seasoned and you can see it in the food and taste it. Curry chicken I wish was browned before cooking but super tender and flavorful at the same time. 10/10"
