Listen... I was not expecting much when I ordered the 2 bao bun and orange chicken with fried rice meal at 9:30 at night. The Asian food we have in my area ranges from just okay to "somebody call the health department". So I had some apprehension. I can happily say that Wow Bao surprised me! The only thing that I wasn't crazy about is the teriyaki chicken bao bun was made with ground chicken, but I would have preferred it shredded or chopped. The mild teriyaki flavor was nice, though.
