Scallion Pancake with Slice Beef / 蔥油餅夾牛肉 I would skip next time and just go classic scallion pancake because this comes in a sort of sweet plum sauce. If you're a sweet and savory food person, you'd love it. Just not for me. Pork Bun / 豬肉生煎包 came perfectly golden brown on the bottoms and were so juicy. Perfect comfort food.
