" Springtime Roll Solstice - spring rolls were good and hit the spot. I assume the rest is ment to be tost together in some kind of noodle salad? And ment to justify the $20 charge for 5 rolls? There is half a container on noodles and the other half filled with vegetables so in that sence there is a large amout of food. The disappointing thing was that the rolls were placed on topof the noodles and veggies making half of each side soggy instead of crunchy.
Chicken Pho-rtune - can be sum up by saying "bland" If youre sick or have a picky eater this may be just what you need but all the flavor comes from adding sriracha, oyster sauce, or salt even. The noodles and chicken are in a separate bowl from the broth which is not inmy helpful for dividing portions but keeps the noodles from getting mushy. The noodles do stick to hard but as soonas you ad the broth they easily start separating on their own without any effort. I added the egg and I shouldve known better since it was hard instead of runny. "

"Over all, eh… While they were very well stuffed because of this they needed a second tortilla (only one provided) because they fell apart. There was enough filling provided to make two tacos easily though. The Al Pastor meat was shredded and… slow cooked? so there was no char/flavor wasn’t intensified. The sriracha chicken had no favor, just tasted like heat. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not afraid of spicy in the least! I just expect other flavors to come with it. And it wasn’t even like there was so much heat that some other flavor couldn’t have been there; there just wasn’t! The last one was the Pomegranate Steak which was easily my favorite. Lots of great well balanced flavor in that one!"
