"Do NOT order from these incompetent people, because every time I've ordered from them they mess something up and it's either because they're flat out lazy or lack common sense. This time around I ordered the same thing but told support to make sure to tell them place my items in different containers to avoid what happened last time. So they did right. I open the cupcake pancakes and surprise surprise, just four dry pancakes with no icing no whipped cream nothing. At this point it's purposeful because this makes zero sense these are not difficult food items to make so why can't they get it right? Yea never again."
