For the Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl, I left out the meat it came with and got two breakfast Pork Sausages instead. It was good for an egg dish to complement the pancakes. I got Bob's Red Mill Cheesy Grits and Fresh, Seasoned Potatoes to also add with eggs. The Million Dollar Bacon is perfect. The Project Sunrise Coffee hits the spot for diner coffee.
