When I unwrapped the packaging of the Onion Kulcha I was hit with a burst of aroma! with every bite, I experienced the crunch of the onions and chewiness of the bread. "The Fish Kolivada was a flavorful, spiced but not hot, white fish. you can taste the coriander (so good). There were two green sauces. No idea what they were, but they were complimentary. one was thin and sweet and one was like applesauce but taste like apple and tamarind. whatever it was, it was good.
