Maybe because the ingredients are compacted into the container? If you tossed it onto a plate you would see it's a very generous portion. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it was left on the front stoop of my apartment instead of bringing up to the 2nd floor which is clearly noted in my order and the first order did get delivered correctly.
