The chicken was dry and was in HUGE Chunks as well, I guess it's bigger chunks less chicken? Secondly the tacos, the "steak fajita" was definitely not steak or fajita. Bland in flavor and slimy. The barbacoa was disgusting and uneatable. The only thing good was the queso and chips.

"My husband and I moved here a year ago from CA. As a native Cali girl, I have been searching everywhere for the past 14 months for carnitas, pastor, and a specific red salsa flavor that I got from my favorite taco truck in CA. Nothing has come close until now... I'm not even kidding, I'm sitting in my dining room crying at 8PM on a random Tuesday in April, feeling like I'm back home again.
The barbacoa was moist and so flavorful without being overly oily or stringy. The pastor was spiced exactly the way I'm used to, I've chased this flavor for such a long time and I've finally found it again. There was hardly any fat at all in any of the meats, everything was hot and it was delivered so quickly, I was skeptical until I tasted it.
The carnitas was the absolute shining star.
I'm a carnitas connoisseur and this carnitas was almost exactly like what I got in CA....crispy bits but not overcooked to be stringy or tough, melt in your mouth flavor without drowning in grease, perfect amount of onions and cilantro, and the red salsa was actually SALSA with flavor and heat and spice and wasn't the watery tomato paste type stuff I've gotten from all the different Tex Mex places here.

"I ordered the brisket sandwich and was really hoping to love it. One thing I found disappointing was that I wasn’t able to add jalapeños. I did request onions, but there were only a few on the sandwich. It might be helpful to offer onions on the side or provide a more generous portion for guests who request them.
The biggest challenge for me was the BBQ sauce. I found it to be quite thin (watery), and the mustard flavor was very overpowering. I understand mustard is a common ingredient in BBQ sauce, but in this case it was the dominant flavor, making it difficult to taste the other ingredients and the brisket itself.
I appreciate that BBQ sauces are a matter of personal preference, but for my taste, the sauce took away from what could have been a really enjoyable sandwich. I wanted to like it much more than I did."
