Then things go downhill. Mongolian beef was missing that classic lacquered finish. Very heavy on the onions, light on the meat. Meat was tender, but seemed steamed, not stir fried. Seafood pancake tasty flavor but a weird bready texture that was an unpleasant surprise. Soybean paste noodle was gluey, bland, a bummer to eat. Even presentation was odd, plain stuck together noodles, bean sauce in separate container. Why would't it be tossed? Fried rice was a joke - only rice, no fried egg, no minced veggies. Literally plain rice with soy sauce and oil, so unpleasant to eat, and weirdly undercooked."

The Virgin Islands Spicy Ribs was mid. for the price i would say you get a 3/4 of a half slab of baby back ribs drowned in bbq sauce. i do not think the ribs were seasoned and it was just overpowered with the sauce. The Fried Plantain (Platanos Maduras) was good however they may not have been fresh. i am used to seeing glistening cook sweat when made fresh. Overall good i would just tweak some a little bit and it could freaking awesome!"
