I saw one review saying the cheese dip was solid, as if it was refrigerated and not reheated? But I'm assuming this person doesn't know that cheese is a solid at room temp, meaning as the dip cools, it will thicken. My cheese dip was definitely warm and fluid, like you'd expect from cheese dip. It was not the consistency of milk like I've gotten from other restaurants where they obviously water down their cheese dip. I'm so happy that La Morenita is obviously not thinning out the cheese, so you're getting your money's worth.
I can't believe I waited so long to get food from here! This is what I'm referring to when I say I'm craving Mexican -- authentic, flavorful foods like I grew up on; not the Americanized dishes that many are used to. "
