"it all started with the wait time to get our food delivered (I tip really well so it wasn't the dashers). I made my order around 8pm and didn't receive my food until right at 10pm. I talked to the dasher (cause we ended up going through 5 before the order was delivered) and even called the restaurant twice. Both times my wife and I called, we got very rude employees. They didn't even bother sending our Side Grilled Zucchini. The Stuffed Loaded Baked Potatos barely had anything on them and weren't even barely cut open. The Southwest Salad wasn't even a Southwest Salad, it was a normal, like, house salad. Paid for extra sauces and didn't receive any of them, either. The absolute worst service on doordash. "The caramel latte came with no sticker or any type of protection for the DoorDash ride. It literally came how it was in the photo. Usually at other restaurants there is some type of tamper proof seal or packaging so you would know if it was messed with. The dasher could have drank out of it and I would have no way of knowing. Cracker barrel needs to do better with drink packaging.
But the food was absolutely top notch as always!
So five stars for the food but 1 star for the coffee. I just won't order drinks from here moving forward. "
"This The Breakfast Burger combo with the blueberry pancakes just put the "crack" in Cracker Barrel. You know the food is great when they kind of mess up your order and it's still beyond satisfying. They overcooked the egg and the birger patty, which would normally annoy me, yet, I'm not complaining (this time). And the food tasted fairly fresh despite only being lukewarm to the touch. The meal could easily have been split between 2 people. This is now my go-to order for them and I would definitely order it again."

If you want decent ribs, Applebee's does a much better job (better seasoned and more tender) AND the food is less expensive. I had their ribs last night and I would much rather have had them again tonight than this poor excuse for a meal. Never again, Chili's. Don't ever sing about your baby back ribs again."
